Welcome to The Lightworkers Society Membership!
Terms & Conditions: By making your first payment you agree to all terms & conditions as stated.
1. Membership Duration & Renewal:
- Monthly Membership: Your Lightworkers Society Membership is a monthly subscription, active for 30 days from your date of enrollment and each subsequent renewal date.
- Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month (or your chosen payment period) on your enrollment date (or the closest calendar day if the date doesn't exist in a given month) unless you choose to cancel before your next billing cycle.
- Dues Subject to Change: Monthly membership dues are subject to change. Any changes to the monthly fee will be communicated to active members at least 30 days in advance of their next billing cycle.
- Member Cancellation Policy
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your Lightworkers Society Membership at any time based on your chosen payment plan agreement.
- Access Continues for Paid Period: Upon cancellation, your access to all membership courses, content, and community features will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 90% refund of your initial membership payment. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 24 hours of purchase and having reviewed only the Intro video and/or one module. As we are an intellectual property based company, this policy is to protect our company assets. Otherwise all membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any portion of your membership, regardless of when you cancel. This is due to the immediate and ongoing access to digital resources provided.
3. Payment Terms:
- Monthly Billing: Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless you have chosen a longer pay period. Your initial payment grants you access for the first month, and subsequent payments will be charged automatically on your renewal date.
- Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, access to the membership may be temporarily suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
4. Membership Access & Benefits Overview:
- Upon successful enrollment and active membership, you will receive access to:
- The Lightworkers Society Membership portal.
- All trainings included within the course portal.
- The Lightworkers Society Membership Community.
5. Who this is for:
- This membership is open to individuals seeking to build their inner sense of self through mindset and energetic work, including but not limited to: inner power, self healing, worthiness, identity, manifestation, belief work, energetic transmutation, and more.
- The transmissions, audios, practices, and materials inside The Lightworkers Society are created to support your personal growth, energetic alignment, and inner authority. This space is designed to complement - never replace - your own innate discernment, critical thinking, and sovereign choice. Furthermore, all content within this membership is for educational and self-development purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice. You remain the ultimate director and authority of your life, body, and well-being.
6. Support & Interaction
- Self-Paced Learning: The Lightworkers Society Membership is designed for self-paced learning, allowing you to access course content at your convenience.
- Community Q&A: You may ask questions related to the course content in the designated comment sections or community areas within the membership portal.
- Community Answers: We encourage and foster a supportive environment where fellow members can share insights and answer questions.
- No Direct Access to Marli: This membership does not include direct, one-on-one access to Marli or guaranteed personal responses to individual questions. While Marli may engage in the community or answer questions as her schedule permits, this is not a guaranteed offering of the membership.
- No Out-of-Container Messaging: Please do not message Marli or any team members outside of the designated communication channels. You may always email assistant@marliansel.com for technical support or to upgrade your access.
7. Disclaimer on Results & Guarantees:
- While this membership provides powerful tools, resources, and support, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- This membership is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for individual coaching, therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice.
- All content provided within The Lightworkers Society (including 30-Day Shift & Embody programs, audios, journals, and live calls) is intended solely for educational and self-transformational purposes. It does not constitute, nor should it replace, professional medical, mental health, or healthcare diagnosis and treatment. Members are expected to engage using their own sovereign thinking and independent judgment at all times, taking full personal responsibility for their choices, health, and reality.
8. Intellectual Property:
- All course content, templates, meditations, teachings, videos, audios, and materials provided within the Lightworkers Society Membership are the intellectual property of Creative & Conscious, LLC (Marli Ansel) and are protected by copyright.
- These materials are for your personal use only. You are not permitted to share them or recreate them as your own.
- Plagiarism, unauthorized sharing, distribution, reproduction, or resale of any membership materials or content (including recordings or downloadable resources) is strictly prohibited.
9. Agreement to Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines:
- By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and adhere to our community guidelines, fostering a respectful, supportive, and collaborative environment.
- We reserve the right to revoke access to the Lightworkers Society Membership, without refund, for any member who violates these Terms & Conditions or our Community Guidelines. This action will be taken at our sole discretion to maintain the integrity and value of our intellectual property.

- Masterminds or Private Coaching
- Any other program or masterclass unless otherwise stated.
